Join us for the first-ever Zenthai Shiatsu Level One Training in Austria, a 5-day retreat-style immersion held from Meb 27th - March 3rd, 2026, at the serene Yoga Farm in Carinthia, Austria.

This training offers a deep dive into the art of Zenthai Shiatsu — a therapeutic blend of Zen Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and Osteopathic techniques grounded in the wisdom of the 5 Elements. You’ll learn to embody mindful movement, connection, and healing touch while being nourished by daily Zenthai Flow practices, hands-on bodywork sessions, and sacred spaces of stillness and song.
